workplace, including employers’ and employees’ responsibilities.
Objectives: Identify several things in a shop that contribute to poor indoor air quality. Research OSHA and air quality standards for healthy working conditions(http://www.osha.gov/). Identify good indoor air quality. Locate and explain basic operations and purpose of the dust collection system.

start by asking for experiences with poor air quality. Define what poor air quality is.
Demonstrate a sander quickly without the dust collection on so students can see how much dust is produced.
