Develop Support base as soon as you can at the school you will be at. First thing you do on campus, is go talk to the custodian and secretary. they handle the school. The take a walk around the campus. become familiar with the neighborhood. walk in front of the campus. find out where the stores are. convinience stores. it's where the kids hang out. and it's common knowledge of their world. Look at classroom and draw a pic of the classroom.

-there is going to be someone in the class we don't like, we have to overcome it and not let them know you don't like them. It happens, it's human nature. we do have to treat them with respect.
