TM- focus on the positive of whats going on in the room, first and not only whats going wrong. They will feed off of your frustration.
TM- have a "rainy day" cache of games and stuff.
TM- don't peer review on first TPA, we need a Prof reviewer
TM- offer kids a chance to correct their mistakes, behavioral or school work.

April 17th-saturday and April 26th-monday- TPA1 townhall meeting. ask questions, lecture, etc. need to get TPA1 done and start work on TPA2 before I can get an internship.

-Need to put class rules on the wall
-Admit to mistakes.

-Mediocre teacher tells, good teacher Demonstrates, great teacher inspires

use all resources you can muster. Invite people to speak to their expertise, etc.
