I believe that every person has the capacity to understand any thing at any time in their entire lifetime. Everyone in the classroom is there to learn together and everyone has something to offer.

specifically

personally I gravitate towards hands on experiences or teaching through personal experiences for any given lesson. I believe the best teaching guides the student to teach themselves, or reveal answers together.
I look to the industrial arts to be the experiential standards which can tie together and support all other subjects and disciplines.
