very anxious about dealing with gang issues, no experience. not my world. but it is... gangs dictate policy like dress code, or administrative decisions.
-fieldtrips: copy car insurance forms for driving kids around and give it to the office for your file. If a teacher doesn't sign for a student to go to a fieldtrip, you should not take them.
-look for insurance policies that are specific to teachers. ask USAA
-there is going to be someone in the class we don't like, we have to overcome it and not let them know you don't like them. It happens, it's human nature. we do have to treat them with respect.
-love and logic: be considerate with them

-Be careful when picking something up on campus, could be dangerous and questionable. you have to take action to deal with it, don't just ignore it.
